The Hard Walk of Christian Life

While our salvation in Christ is a gift received by faith, and this gift is free, as any true gift is, it is not easy to walk this way, not easy at all. It is hard. Satan, the one whom Jesus defeated by atoning for our sins, including the first sin of Adam and Eve, makes it hard. Why he does he do so? He is tempting us to abandon the Christ way to heaven, which we walk by faith. We must resist in the strength of Christ. Come and hear this sermon based on Mark 9:43-50. “Salted by Fire.”
