Easter is Forever

In the trials and tribulations of life, we often feel marooned. Is there anyone who can truly reach us, rescue us, encourage us, and bless us with life? There is one, the One, Jesus, who died, but behold, he is alive, even forevermore. He, the risen One, comes to us wherever we are, and speaks to us his Word of victory and life. He is also returning for us in glory on the Last Day, to rescue us, body and soul, delivering us from our exile here in this world into life forevermore. So, as we celebrate the risen Lord during the season of Easter, we learn that the blessing of Easter is not for only a day, a season, or even a lifetime. Easter is forever.
