How Could He Do It?

We all have appointments to keep which we dread. We prefer the happy and comfortable. Jesus Christ had an appointment to keep which we would never show up for. His appointment to keep with the cross was approaching. He did not run, but rather entered into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. The crowd which praised him that day didn’t know it, but he was riding in to die for the sins of all people. How could he do it, something so difficult and dreaful? It was because of grace. He loves us with a love we don’t deserve.
