Salvation Down To the Fine Details

The historical accounts of the Bible contain incredible levels of details. There is a reason for this. God is telling us that these accounts are not manufactured. They are real history and he is active in it all. This points us to the most important historical details in all the Bible: The Son of God, who was conceived and born into the world sinless and human, Jesus Christ, died on a very specific day, Good Friday, for all our sins. Then, on the third day after his death, he rose again to life. This really happened. It is historical. Because it is historical, it is real. Because it is God who did it, it has the power to touch you in your life every day, meeting all your needs, blessing you with salvation from sin, life after death, resurrection, and the turning of all life’s circumstances, whatever they are, for good!
