All for the Sake of the Elect

Sometimes we Christians get lost in the details. So much is happening around us all the time—personal events, national events, world-wide events—and so much seems so out of control, it is easy to get lost in it. “What is the world coming to?” we ask. “What is the purpose of it all?” “Who can show us any good?”   Jesus, in his final days on earth, taught  so that we can 1) interpret the days in which we are living; and, 2) to believe and act accordingly. In the end, everything will be accomplished according to God’s plan for the sake of his elect, those appointed to believe.
