Today we begin the celebration of Epiphany, the season which “makes Christ known” to us, who was born on Christmas. He is God’s Son, born holy infant king, to be our Savior king. He came to bear all sorrow and suffering that we might have life and live in joy of salvation in him. As the magi were led by the star to Bethlehem, bearing gifts for him, let us bow down and worship him, offering him our very selves in thanks for all he came to do for us, how he came to deliver us from sin and death and devil by cross and empty tomb. You are invited to read the sermon, “Let Us Bow Down and Worship Him,” based on Matthew 2:1-12.
